About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working hours are rostered and requires flexibility to cover staff leave. Shift times vary with some starting at 7am and other finishing at 7pm.

You will be the welcoming face of our clinic, providing excellent customer service and supporting a range of administrative tasks including:

• Greeting patients and managing appointments
• Handling phone and email enquiries
• Processing payments and cash handling
• Supporting clinical staff with administrative duties
• Using our Patient Management System (Indici) – training provided

Reception or administration experience is preferred, but if you have the right attitude and transferable skills, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

• You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
• This role requires a police safety check (non-core children's worker)
