An opportunity has become available at McDonald’s Te Atatu and we are looking for a new Restaurant Manger.

**McDonald’s Te Atatu is unique in the Auckland market as the restaurant is not 24/7. Drive Thru closes at 10pm, with Lobby closing at midnight - this means no graveyard shifts**

Being an established restaurant, you are supported by Department Managers for key systems, along with a Recruitment Consultant who recruits and on boards new team members.

To be considered you would need to be able to demonstrate:
**PEOPLE Responsibilities**

Succession plan for long-term business success, and people development.

Actively seek out opportunities to coach and develop the management team

Identify and take action to resolve performance opportunities and conduct performance reviews.

Hold regular manager meetings to ensure the team remain focused on restaurant goals, as well as providing business updates and recognising individual high performers.

Effectively create management schedules that adhere to the management rostering principles, working alongside the scheduling manager to maximise efficiencies.

**QSC&V Responsibilities**

Support the ROIP/PACE cycle including the implementation and execution of any action plans.

Utilise shift management evaluation tools to effectively identify QSC performance issues on my management teams shifts.

Comply with all McDonald’s food safety minimums including the completion of daily and monthly food safety checklists.

Create a Macca’s Experience culture and exhibit the required behaviours for the delivery of exceptional customer experience.

**PROFIT Responsibilities**

Work with them to ensure system targets are clearly identified, communicated and achieved within the restaurant.

Achieve restaurant profit and growth through the ongoing monitoring of budgets; developing strategies and plans to effectively and appropriately respond to trends.

Utilise restaurant metrics and reporting data to assess progress against goals and identify actions if required.

**SALES Responsibilities**

Create and build a restaurant business plan to grow sales through increased guest counts

Lead the successful implementation of new operating platforms and business initiatives to deliver on the brand promise.

Identify ways to connect and build relationships with the wider community to support the McDonald’s brand.

About the role:
Current Restaurant Manager will support during the transition of leadership, with an experienced Management Team.
