Project Purchasing Specialist – Hospital Expansion Project

2-year Fixed Term Contract beginning early 2026

Are you ready to play a key role in our exciting new development?

We're looking for a Project Purchasing Specialist for our hospital expansion project. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our procurement team, solely focused on a project with the challenge of very specialised requirements.

This role works in close partnership with the Development Manager who sets project timelines and expectations, and the clinical leaders, who provide expert guidance on selecting the most appropriate products and services for purchase

Being able to respond promptly and maintain clear, high-quality communication with all stakeholders will be key to keeping the project on track. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing purchasing activities across the project lifecycle

  • Preparing and maintaining accurate financial and project reporting

  • Tracking logistics and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services

  • Identifying and mitigating risks to keep the project on track

  • Driving competitive sourcing strategies to achieve best value outcomes
