As the Auckland Territory Sales Manager, you will report to the Northern Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for maintaining and facilitating sales in the South Auckland, East Auckland Coromandel regions.

Small to medium sized builders, building merchants, and to a lesser degree GHBs, developers, and architects will be amongst your customers. You will work closely with your clients, arranging and attending trade events, training merchant staff on products, and ensuring the brand is always top of mind. You will have the autonomy to manage your own call cycle and time efficiently.

**About the role**:

- Nurture trading relationships with existing builders, developers, and merchants in the Auckland and Coromandel regions
- Become a trusted advisor around product
- Represent the brand and be the point of contact for technical product questions (training will be provided, as well as a supportive internal technical team)
- Run a call cycle in your region to effectively maintain a strengthening of relationships and sales growth

**About you**:

- You have prior experience in selling a product through a reseller channel
- Experienced in managing a call cycle
- Ideally, you're experienced in sales from within the building industry
- You're comfortable with sales targets and KPIs - with a proven track record of success in achieving or overachieving
- We may also consider a trade person looking to get off the tools - if you can prove you have what it takes to cut it in sales
- Ability to travel as required (only 1-2 overnights every second month is expected)
