As part of the Asahi Beverages Group, The Better Drinks Company comprises of well-known brands Charlies, Phoenix and Lipton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across an array of enviable brands in this permanent territory manager role in the grocery channel
The Territory for this role is based in the South East Auckland encompassing fortnightly trips to the Coromandel Region.
**Your Impact**
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, we have an opportunity to engage your creative thinking and customer-centric approach across our grocery channel to maximise commercial opportunities. You will have total ownership for our Better Drinks Co. customer base covering the above captured territory from selling in new products, securing distribution terms and delivering unbeatable **non alcoholic beverage** solutions, you’ll be a true partner to our customers.
**Other key responsibilities include**:
- Implementing our marketing & sales programmes and executing with excellence
- Negotiating on shelf positioning and new product ranging
- Utilising your commercial savvy to make sound business decision and driving sale targets
- Co-ordination of a full time sales cadet / merchandising resource within the South East Auckland market

- Demonstrated sales experience with beverage/FMCG or grocery expertise highly regarded
- A strong communicator who builds memorable relationships with their customers
- Self-motivated with impeccable time management, high attention to detail and a willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to get the job done
- Ability to overnight when and if required.
- A valid (and clean) NZ drivers licence goes without saying.
