The Agencies Performance Analyst ensures compliance within the driver licensing and motor vehicle system by auditing, educating, reviewing, and building a culture of willing compliance of contracted agents and providers. This includes the collection and analysis of data and information relating to the performance of the agents and reporting on this information to improve compliance. The role also has the function of ensuring that vital services of Waka Kotahi are provided to all customers in a consistent fashion across New Zealand. Ko koe tēnei | About you We would love to see a diverse range of background and experience, but a few things that stand out to us that make a great Agencies Performance Analyst include
- Experience working with external stakeholders to ensure expectations regarding performance are achieved.
- A drive to work with agents to continually improve the customer experience and agent performance.
- An understanding of the need to continually work with agents and Waka Kotahi operational staff to ensure they have access to accurate information and use that information to improve performance and processes.
- An understanding about responsibilities in relation to service delivery contracts.
- Experience with Audit, in a relevant industry or discipline or similar experience would be of benefit - for example in this role you will be auditing the driver licensing and motor vehicle agents and their staff to monitor performance and ensure that consistent services are delivered to all.
- Strong communication and writing skills to ensure that complete and detailed audit reports and findings are generated.
- An understanding and experience in completing performance monitoring.
