We are seeking an energetic, positive, self-starter to join our experienced national Clients & Markets team. The role provides dedicated support for the successful delivery of all aspects of Chapman Tripp’s marketing, communications, project and campaign-led activity and reports into the Clients & Markets Director, but also works closely with the wider Marcomms and Events team.

This is a fantastic role for someone with previous Marcomms support experience and a solution oriented, ‘can-do’ attitude, who is looking for a new challenge and the satisfaction of working with NZ’s leading law firm in fabulous Commercial Bay offices.

**The role will involve**:

- Assisting with maintaining the firm’s external website & intranet sites, including updates and content creation
- Supporting the firm’s internal communications campaigns, external events, sponsorships and other BD activity via design support and reporting
- Assisting with social media scheduling and provision of digital assets for web-based publications
- Supporting the Marcomms team management of photo libraries and photography for all publications including new staff photos
- Working closely with the BD Managers and Marcomms team on pitch documentation, award and legal directory submissions and other cyclical activity

**You will bring**:

- Previous experience in a relevant role, ideally in a fast-paced professional services environment
- Experience with CMS, inDesign, Photoshop & Vuture (or similar)
- Strong technical skills, with Advanced MS Office required, and design capability in document templates desirable
- Design experience demonstrating a high level of creative ability
- Excellent attention to detail and skills in proofreading, copywriting and editing
- Fantastic organisational and time-management skills in working to tight deadlines with competing priorities
- A sense of humour, enthusiasm, resilience and a collaborative attitude
