**Clients and Markets at Beca**

Our global team across Aotearoa, Australia and Singapore focuses on the core of our business, our communities and our clients. Providing strategic advice and leadership across all of Beca, our diverse team encompasses communications, marketing, design, and business development professionals.
- Curate, post and monitor content on our broad range of social channels
- Support the team with updating and uploading content to our website; from creating new pages, widgets, to sourcing images and everything in-between
- Work with the broader team to plan and coordinate communications and marketing activities, to achieve the best outcomes for our internal and external audiences
- Regularly scan social and mainstream media to stay across market and competitor activity
- Support with editing and uploading content internally through SharePoint and other internal communication channels
- Collaborate with the team and wider business to develop new and innovative ways to engage and interact with our target audiences.

**About you**

Ideally, you will have a couple of years of relevant experience and want to make your next move, eager for a role that offers true variety. You are curious and self-motivated to progress in your marketing and communications career and continue developing. You are passionate about writing, naturally organised and enthusiastic about any challenge. You will have a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships, build credibility and an eagerness to learn and support the team and the wider business. We are open to talking to a variety of people who might have experience with social media channels, Google Analytics, SEO, podcasts or even be familiar with desktop publishing or you might be coming from an equally valuable and slightly different background. We would love to hear from you.
