Communications & Marketing Advisor

**Green Cross Health are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Communications & Marketing Advisor to join our medical team.**

***The Role**

This team and this role are instrumental in supporting the current growth, positive change, and projects with the right message, across the right channel at the right time.

As the Communications & Marketing Advisor you will use your creativity and energy to develop and implement multi-channel plans and activities for increasing brand awareness that result in positive acquisitions and recruitment outcomes, creating a cohesive, supportive but influential network message, building a successful employer brand and much more You'll learn about the healthcare and medical centre environment and your experience will guide who to talk to, which is the best channel and most appropriate message. You will work closely with the Medical Brand & Communications Manager and wider team to implement these plans, identify opportunities, and make continuous improvement.

If you thrive on variety, this is the role for you - from finding a great network story to share, writing a great article to build our profile, coordinating conferences and sponsorship, supporting the rebrand of medical centres, national ad campaigns, social media, creating impactful videos on a shoestring, website development and supporting important projects. In medical we have bold ambitions with some exciting projects on the go and we're looking for a superstar Communications & Marketing Advisor to make up our dynamic, agile team of two. The role is pivotal in planning and providing engaging marketing communications activities to support the company's vision and bold growth strategies.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- At least 5 years established communications and marketing experience
- Good EQ with excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to coordinate campaigns and solid understanding of how to get the best from all comms channels, digital, direct, traditional marketing
- Ability to interpret data to provide insights for continuous improvement
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Think quickly and be agile with a common sense considered approach
- Leadership outlook with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ideal but not essential: experience in the healthcare environment
- Competency in all Microsoft, CRM and ability to learn new marketing IT platforms
- A relevant communication and/or marketing degree is required
