We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Advisor with campaign delivery experience to join our Marketing team. This is a fixed term for 12-months through to October 2026 to backfill parental leave based in Wellington. **He angitutanga**:_About the Role_ Our Marketing team is part of the wider Engagement Group within the Careers & Investment Design Directorate. The Marketing Advisor supports the Marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, along with marketing campaigns and projects for internal TEC customers. - Develop, deliver, monitor and review marketing strategies. - Build strong collaborative relationships across the business/project groups to foster effective marketing planning and support. - Maintain an effective working relationship with the internal and external stakeholders to assist with any marketing requirements. - Provide trusted marketing advice on marketing to senior leaders and staff. **He korero mou**_: _**_What we are looking for_ As this is a fixed-term role, we are seeking an experienced Advisor with thorough and up to date understanding of marketing best practice who can come into the role and 'hit the ground running' to deliver. - Experience successfully delivering marketing campaigns across a range of channels. - Experience working with external creative and media agencies. - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to project manage and multi-task. - Ideally you will have experience working in the public sector and a fast paced environment - Ability to form and maintain relationships quickly across all levels of the organisation. **Nga ahuatanga kei a matou**:_What's in it for you_ - Three additional (TEC Days) leave days - A range of benefits including flexible working options, a wellness programme and the ability to purchase extra leave. - A motivated and supportive manager and leadership team, keen to make the most of your skill set - Reduced premiums through our Health Insurance Group Scheme - A focus on Career development and internal opportunities - At TEC we are committed to supporting a range of flexible working arrangements to help staff manage their work and personal commitments; we expect team members to be in the office at least three days per week to help collaboration.
