As Beca continues to evolve and grow, so do we With this role, we are hiring for a Marketing and Communications Advisor to join our team; physically based in Auckland, but with a global outlook.

**About the role**

Key components of the role will include:

- Building meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the business, to hear, share and provide feedback about various initiatives and opportunities
- Curating and editing engaging content to engage with internal and external audiences on various channels and platforms
- Develop, implement and monitor integrated communications plans and approaches
- Taking the complex and turning it into engaging and insightful content for diverse audiences
- Working as an integral team member as well as autonomously, this role will see you build meaningful relationships and networks right across the business.
- Scanning social and mainstream media to stay across market and competitor activity.

**About you**

You will be an intermediate level (3-5 years experience) marketing and communications professional, with experience in B2B and the services sector.

Potentially you have a background working in a large professional services firm, engineering, academic or government organisation. Or possibly, you come with agency or independent contracting experience, and are looking to make a move inhouse.
- bring both practical and strategic skills - with capacity to look at the big picture, as well as getting stuck into the ‘doing’
- have an eye for detail, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and a talent for the written word
- be a people person at heart, with ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with people of all different backgrounds and career levels.
- hold yourself accountable, with solid time and task management and prioritisation skills.
- be familiar with marketing and communications campaigns across various channels, including social media, events, video and online.
- be creative, with a passion for storytelling and connecting meaningfully with diverse audiences
- be a positive and collaborative team player, with a passion for people and making everyday better.
