We, Finest Flooring Limited, are looking to employ energetic and passionate Project Administrator to coordinate project activities.
Job title: Project Administrator
Job location/region: Auckland, New Zealand
Number of positions for this job: 1
Employment type: Permanent
Days required: 6 days
Hours per week: minimum of 30 hours a week is guaranteed, maximum of 60 hours per week
Hourly rate: $30.00-40.00** **depends on the experiences and level
Job description:
- Discussed with site manager to confirm job details on site before starting the jobs
- Monitoring & ensuring team strictly follow Flooring Contractings Health & Safety Policies & Procedures on site
- Help to coordinate with supervisor and sub-contractor, and make sure Flooring project goes smoothly
- Supervising & assisting in the Flooring jobs on site, ensuring floor comply with best practice guidelines
- Reporting any Health and Safety issues, accidents or near misses, in accordance with Floor Contractings policies and procedures
- Make sure all the proper PPE for all the staff wearing and using appropriate personal protective clothing and equipment at all time while on site
- Familiarising self & team members with Finest Flooring Limiteds Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Attending and organize regular training program
- Generally assisting in the smooth operation of Finest Flooring Limiteds business
Job pre-requisites:
- New Zealand Diploma in Business/Management or above qualification, or proven experience as project administrator at least 3 years is required
- Hands-on experience in working with documentation and schedules
- Solid organization and time-management skills
- Team spirit
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
