We're on the lookout for a talented Social Media Manager to join our thriving Brand and Marketing team. This role is all about shaping the way Kiwibank connects with Kiwis through social media. From managing our channels to crafting impactful campaigns and leading our community engagement strategy, you'll help bring our purpose to life and amplify the difference we make every day. If you're passionate about social platforms, creative storytelling, and fostering meaningful online communities, this is your opportunity to shine.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- A proven track record in managing social media channels for purpose-driven brands
- Proficiency in executing impactful organic and paid social campaigns, including experience working with agencies.
- Hands-on expertise with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and reporting platforms.
- Demonstrable skills in content creation, including video production and platform-specific content design.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and refine social media strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the financial services sector would be a bonus
