JUCY Group is an award-winning Trans-Tasman tourism company. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our marketing team at JUCY Headquarters in Parnell, Auckland. This is an incredible opportunity for a senior social media specialist to drive the JUCY and Star RV social media strategies, with a particular focus on organic content and building epic communities of adventure-seekers. We want to dream big here - partnerships, activations, events - nothing is off the table.

You will be responsible for the development and execution of the multi-channel strategy across New Zealand and Australia. You’ll have your finger firmly on the pulse - constantly monitoring and managing our social media platforms, using your expert knowledge of influencer trends, and creative best practices and out-of-the-box production techniques as you propel through our fast-driven environment.

Your skills and expertise will determine how much involvement you have in paid social - the priority in this role is managing and elevating the organic social channels so you need to be particularly strong in organic content and strategy, but we welcome expertise in paid social, too

As a channel expert, you’ll own the strategy that aligns with enterprise targets for future growth. A creative eye, content development capabilities, copywriting talent, and strong briefing skills (for influencers, brand partners, and our in-house designers) are imperative when it comes to BAU content and seasonal campaigns. Understanding our diverse customer mix and ensuring we have consistent fit-for-purpose content is at the heart of all social posts are you getting the creativity piece?

You’ll be joining the marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Customer Experience and have strong stakeholder relationships with key people across the organisation, with lots of opportunities for collaboration. This full-time role is based at JUCY HQ, and there may be some travel from time to time - that’s what we are all about, experiences

**As a Social Media Guru at JUCY, you’ll have**:

- 4 + years of related experience in social media marketing, community management, or digital/content marketing
- Strong interest in social media trends and creating conversation and content that engages, inspires, and spreads widely.
- Data-driven marketing experience, including analysing and providing insights on the performance of social media sentiment, content, and campaigns.
- Solid interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for engaging with our social media communities
- A big-picture thinker - additional experience in partnerships, TTl campaigns, strategy development, and coming up with big ideas will all be advantageous.
- Excellent writing skills - we stan a grammar nerd
