**About The Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media expert to join the Auckland team and hit the ground running. This role will primarily manage and create content for our client's social media channels to build brand awareness, engagement and conversion.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Monitor and respond to customer comments, and engage with social community, influencers and partners.
- Participate in discussions supporting brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop plans to partner with influencers who align with brand values and vision.
- Focus on growth opportunities for social channels to build a strong community of loyal followers.
- Manage and brief in social advertising campaigns consistent with the trade plan that meets the objectives of the campaign.
- Including photography and videography, plus additional assets to drive growth across marketing.
- Assisting with behind-the-scenes social content for seasonal campaigns.
- Create ongoing behind-the-scenes content with the support office and store network.
- Work closely with the Content Manager to create a content calendar including specific dates and holidays for campaign events.
- Identity future trends, research competitors and explore the industry for insights and ideas that could be adapted for social media-specific campaigns and initiatives.
- Evaluate and review the effectiveness of marketing efforts weekly, monthly and annually.

**About You**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Management, Marketing or a Business-related discipline
- Experience in photography.
- Proven social media marketing skills.
- 3 years experience in marketing.
- Sound understanding of social media channels within the retail
industry
- Creative vision and a fashion thinker
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- High attention to detail
- A passion for fashion

A passion for fashion is a must
