Woman Child & Family Services
**Permanent 0.3 FTE; 12 hours per week**:
Do you enjoy working in a welcoming and friendly environment? We have a permanent part time position in the Children's Unit, Woman Child and Family (WCF) Service to provide administrative and reception support for our Children's Unit from 4.00pm - 8.00 pm, 5 evenings a week including Saturday and Sunday.
The key function for the role is to be the welcoming face of the unit, providing reception duties, manning the telephone and enabling family and whanau access to the unit, as well as core administrative duties, and occasional short term “child minding” if staff and family are not readily available
We need an enthusiastic and effective team member to ensure a welcoming and courteous environment, establishing positive interactions and relationships with children, their whanau, colleagues and the multi-disciplinary health professionals.
Administrative skills required include competence in Microsoft office programmes, and familiarity with health related patient management systems is an advantage.
Most importantly, you will have a professional approach to your work, be an accomplished communicator, and able to use your initiative appropriately, with good time management skills.
