Wells is a solid and progressive group of company recognised for providing electrical, technical, and metering contract services to our valued clients across a variety of industries. We currently have an opportunity for an ICT Service Desk Analyst to join our team to support the business into the future.

About the role This role provides ICT support and services to the Wells group of companies internal staff, covering typical 1st level service desk, PC/device setup and end user support functions. This a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in the ICT space.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- 1st level support for Wells ICT Environment (including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, phones, phone systems and software).
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to users, by providing them with appropriate support response and friendly communication.
- Ensure all calls/Incidents are recorded and completed as per ITIL standards
- Suggest how to prevent future problems
- ICT equipment deployment, maintenance and disposal as required.
- User administration functions.
- Contribute to the establishment and delivery of user education in response to user requests, identification of needs and structured training programs.
- Escalate incidents when further investigation is required
- It requires good and professional customer service skills
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Office Specialist or similar certifications preferred or working towards these in further study.
- Excellent Microsoft Desktop skills and troubleshooting.
- Highly developed customer service skills evidenced in representing the organisation through courteous and professional dealings with all stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and achieve results in a high-volume environment.
- Able to engage in productive work relationships with other ICT team members and other stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Legal entitlement to work in NZ long term
