**LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT (L&D) ADVISOR I**
As a Learning and Development Advisor based at Rocket Lab's site in Auckland, you will have the opportunity to support focuses on the delivery of online learning solutions and creating engaging online learning solutions to support the L&D Team. The role will also work closely with the L&D Team with the management of our learning management system. To be successful in this role, you must be someone who enjoys a fast paced environment. **WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO**:
- Design engaging and innovative training material.
- Provide advanced support to users in navigating and utilising the LMS.
- Optimise the management and processing of L&D requests and queries.
- Assist with creation of new process within the team to ensure efficiency
- Any ad hoc requests as reasonably required by the organization.
**YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Learning and Development or a related role.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with LMS platforms and ticket management systems
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
**THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE**:
- Experience in production, manufacturing, or technical industries.
- Certification in training and development is an advantage.
- Experience implementing new learning management systems or processes into an organization.
