As a Business Partner you will work with senior leaders to support these changes, embed ACC’s People and Culture Strategy, enable organisational performance, and drive strategic priorities. You will work directly with the business and across the People and Culture Group to drive and embed initiatives that will improve the employee experience, increase leadership capability, improve our cultural competence, and enable strong organisational performance.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract, based in Wellington.

**What experience or skills would you need to be successful?**

You will have a depth of experience in:

- Providing strategic HR support and advice to Leaders at an enterprise level within a large and complex organisation.
- Supporting and embedding change to enable the business to achieve strategic objectives.

You will also bring:

- An ability to communicate, influence and effectively engage with senior leaders to achieve business outcomes.
- An adaptable approach, ability to work with a degree of ambiguity and a communication style that quickly and naturally forms connections between a large HR function and the business.
- An ability to navigate within a large and complex organisation, preferably from within the public sector.
