We're looking for a talented Territory Manager based in Christchurch to take ownership of the South Island territory, working with surgeons and theatre teams to deliver outstanding clinical and commercial outcomes across a high-quality range of extremity and thoracic trauma implants.

You'll be part of a company with a long-standing reputation in trauma innovation - known for its precision-engineered plating systems and commitment to education and patient outcomes.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Driving adoption and growth of a leading extremity and thoracic trauma implant range
- Providing expert case support and education in operating theatres
- Developing strong partnerships with orthopaedic surgeons, registrars, and theatre staff
- Owning the South Island territory with autonomy and accountability
- Achieving sales targets through clinical credibility and solution-based selling

**What we're looking for**:

- Orthopaedic or surgical sales experience, ideally 2-5 years
- A relevant tertiary qualification (human sciences, anatomy, physiology, or nursing)
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, credible presence in theatre
- Drive, initiative, and resilience - you thrive when given independence and responsibility
- Based in Christchurch and open to regular travel across the South Island
