**Service Desk Analyst**

**The role**:
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of I.T support? Join our dynamic team as a Service Desk Analyst and become an integral part of our nationwide network of branches, supporting over 600 employees.

In this fast-paced role, you will provide first and second level support, tackling a wide range of technical challenges with confidence and expertise. Supported by our knowledgeable and friendly I.T team, you will gain knowledge and skills in different areas, so that you can solve every ticket.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit.

This is the perfect opportunity for those who are wanting to develop their career in I.T. There is opportunity to work in other specialist I.T areas of the business, alongside your regular service desk role.

We are a supportive, energetic team who like to get involved in the company social club events and throw some legendary morning teas
- fixed term for one year.
- part time
- 20-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hours to be worked are negotiable to suit your schedule. Please note your preferred hours in your cover letter.
- some on call work expected.
- the hours may suit someone currently enrolled in a computing course, or those returning to the workforce.
