Do you have exceptional communication skills and you're a natural multi-tasker with the ability to juggle changing priorities? Our Service Desk provide technical support to over 7000 Ryman employees ranging from caregivers and nurses, construction workers on site to office-based staff and managers. **About you** You'll be a natural when it comes to customer support, you're always helpful and can set expectations around resolution times. We're looking for someone who: - Is self-motivated wanting to upskill and learn something different everyday - 2+ Years' experience in a customer service environment such as a large corporate contact centre or IT Service Desk. - Relevant industry certification(s) would be advantageous. - It doesn't take technical skills to be kind, make an effort, be willing to learn, and to be passionate about providing amazing service. With the ability to multitask across workstreams, you'll be a positive upbeat character, solutions-focused and willing to lend a hand. What you don't know, you back yourself to learn quicky.
