**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an exciting new role to support the Business Enablement team across the Fidelity Life Group so that the business is well prepared to meet the impact of the changing regulatory environment.

We are looking for a **Quality Assurance Test Analyst** to join us.

As a tester, you will be responsible for effective delivery of all testing activities and providing hands on testing support.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ability to identify and document test scenarios and scripts
- Ability to derive test cases based on requirements
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, load and end to end testing
- Ability to ensure test coverage and defects are captured and communicated clearly
- Provide input to continuous improvements on our testing methods and standards
- Participate in the test strategy and planning for initiatives
- Recommend and implement improvements to the testing capability within the Technology domains

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- +5 years of experience as a QA Test Analyst/Test Engineer
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate level of SQL skills
- Solid experience with working different data models, like relational, dimensional and entity-relationship (E-R)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate in a highly collaborative environment
- Previous experience working in an Agile environment
- Exposure working into Insurance/Financial Services
- Experience with testing of complex solutions across multiple digital platforms including CRM, Web/Portals, mobile apps and RPA technologies
- Experience in Azure, RPA technologies (UiPath), Power Platform and Test Automation would be an advantage
