**The Role**

Utilise your exceptional experience and technical expertise to make your mark as an outstanding Quality Assurance Officer. Relish the chance to create impact in this key role where you will liaise between paraplanners and advisers, as well providing specialist support to experienced business leaders. You will be a compliance specialist with a brilliant understanding of legislation, and across the board knowledge of quality assurance. Your extraordinary people skills will see you liaise seamlessly with a broad cross-section of colleagues, business leaders and clients, and contribute to process implementation improvements for advice delivery.

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Degree qualified in commerce, business and /or law.
- Excellent experience providing a compliant and technically correct advice solution which serves our client's best interests.
- Brilliant background coaching on compliance issues, ensuring that expectations of delivery timing are met.
- Extensive knowledge of compliance standards.
- An outstanding record for coaching and mentoring team members.

You have an eye for numbers and your attention to detail means nothing is overlooked.
