Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Test Analyst to join our client on a brand new project.

In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise in both manual and automated testing to drive quality assurance efforts in an agile environment. As a Senior Test Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping the testing strategies, collaborating closely with developers to ensure seamless integration, and delivering reliable software that meets their high standards for performance and functionality.

Initial 6 month Contract with a good chance of extension

Hybrid working environment, Auckland Central location

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • In-depth experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber, and TestRail.
  • Strong familiarity with testing APIs (e.g., MuleSoft, .NET).
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end testing and integration testing across backend and frontend systems.
  • Excellent test case creation, execution, and reporting skills.
  • Solid understanding of backend testing, especially with MuleSoft APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities within a development context.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience working with Spring Boot environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of additional testing tools or frameworks.
  • Exposure to performance testing practices.
