**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer to develop, coordinate and deliver a new course Psychology in Action - Bridging Theory and Practice which will be offered starting in February 2025.
The new role will involve establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with industry/community partners, employers, or other stakeholders, as relevant to the different subdisciplines of UC Psychology. The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer will work closely with faculty members to align work-integrated learning opportunities with academic curricula and research focus areas in the School. They will promote work-integrated learning programs within the institution and to external partners. The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer will align communication and relationship-building efforts with Tangata Tū, Tangata Ora | UC Strategic Vision 2020-2030, Te Rautaki Māori | Strategy for Māori Development and the new Pacific strategic vision. They will work closely with the UC Ako ā-Mahi | Work-Integrated Learning team und UC Careers.
The role will also involve providing teaching and administrative support to other areas of the School as determined by the Head of School.

This role sits within the Academic Staff, Associated Staff and Academic Support Staff Collective Agreement and the following salary scale applies: Lecturer $89,645 p.a. - $108,144 p.a. and Senior Lecturer $113,826 p.a. - $129,098 p.a.
