Mō tēnei tūranga | About the Role
This role sits within our close-knit government services team and plays an integral part in the delivery Pharmac's government services correspondence including preparing responses to Official Information Act (OIA) requests, privacy requests, parliamentary questions, ministerials, briefing for the Ministers and general enquiries.
In this role you will liaise with Directorates across Pharmac and other agencies to ensure Pharmac provides accurate advice and responds to correspondence in a timely manner.

- Strong written communication skills
- An ability to interpret legislation and other technical information
- Experience preparing responses to Official Information Act (OIA) requests
- Understanding of the importance of the role of government services to support public trust and confidence
- Proven experience building trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Display an understanding of te ao Māori and te Tiriti o Waitangi
