**Who are we'**
We offer a premium service experience with a friendly, helpful attitude. We pride ourselves on being customer-focussed and work to help guests understand our service process. We know our vehicles in and out and understand that our guests cars are more than just a mode of transport they allow them to live the life they desire.
It should come as no surprise that your primary focus is to advise guests during their service process. It is imperative that you have a high attention to detail, excellent time management skills, a strong level of communication, and the ability to remain friendly and helpful in a busy environment. Your daily tasks will include booking guests in for their services, costing, and invoicing, and assisting the service department. You are our guests first point of contact, so it is important that customer service be your highest priority.
You will need a clean NZ drivers license to be considered for this role.
