**HR Administrator - 4 to 6 months**:

**About the role**:
As an HR administrator, you will be providing high quality support to the HR and payroll team. From administrative tasks to coordinating employment processes and maintaining accurate records, your contributions will be essential to to ensure that our people processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This position is a temporary full time role for 4 months or a part-time 20h to 30h role for 5-6 months, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with other commitments.

Your role will require you to:

- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including travels, managing infringement notices, maintaining filing systems and scanning documents.
- Coordinating employment related administrative tasks to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related tasks as needed.

**What we are looking for**:

- 1 year previous experience in a similar people and process focused role
- An eye for detail, great time management and effective prioritisation
- Confident in using MS Excel (look-up, pivot tables, calculation formula, use data to build reports)
- Communicates well in written and verbal communication
