We’re looking for a meticulous **HR Administrator** to join our growing team.

This role requires a confident communicator who can bring people together from all levels of a business. You're not afraid to speak up and direct people to get results and feel very comfortable working with a lot of confidential information. You will have a can-do approach to work and don't mind rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in, regardless of what the work is. We need a real team player in this role.

**About you**
- You have **proven **hands-on experience as an HR Administrator (experience in Food Production or FMCG environment would be a bonus).
- You will champion governance aligned to NZ employment law, building highly regarded and compliant business practices.
- You will have sound judgement with a commercial and practical approach.
- You operate at rapid pace with competence to distill information quickly and take intelligent action.
- You work with high energy and momentum and are ruthlessly results-driven.
- Your attention to detail is meticulous and you have a highly organised and methodical approach to your work.
- You are thorough in your analysis and think through all possible use cases leaving no stone unturned.
- You have fantastic written and verbal communication skills, and enjoy creating and documenting process playbooks.
- You have strong integrity and strictly abide by your confidentiality obligations with sensitive content.

**Requirements**:

- A tertiary level qualification in HR, Psychology or similar.
- Sound working knowledge of the New Zealand employment legislation - comfortable running performance, disciplinary and change processes, up to and including terminations.
- Exceptional communication & writing skills - experience writing policies, guidelines and other internal communications and implementing processes successfully with high employee engagement.
- The ability to solve problems, de-escalate and resolve conflicts, and provide sound compliant advice.
- Fantastic prioritisation skills with the ability to shift gears easily.
