**About the role**

Preparing independent valuations for businesses, intangible assets, and financial instruments, for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, dispute resolution, financial reporting and restructuring purposes.

We are seeking an authentic individual with prior business valuation experience. We have an open and honest, trusting environment that supports staff development.

**About You**
- 3 years’ experience in a professional services or accounting environment
- CA, CPA or CFA qualified (either full or part qualified)
- Ability to think critically and solve problems.
- Solid business sense
- Proven financial analytical abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Commercially astute and responsive
- Highly organised and flexible
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Keen to learn and grow your career.
