Land development and planning consultancy offering solutions for housing, land development, subdivision and infrastructure projects.
**Your new role**
This role involve liaising with the planning, surveying, engineering and administration staff. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and other Administration team members to ensure the smooth running of office procedures. Responsibilities include:
- Meet and greet client and visitors
- Field incoming phone calls and forward to appropriate staff member
- Maintain phone system / update phone list
- Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy
- Job setup / database maintenance / estimates and follow up of same
- General letter correspondence
- Regular liaison with Directors, Finance Manager and Administration team members
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Positive can-do attitude
- Reliable and honest
- Attention to detail
- Admin / reception experience
