**About the role**
- Group Remuneration is a key function in the People & Performance (HR) team at Fletcher Building. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Remuneration Specialist to join the team and support the delivery of projects and programmes aligned to our strategy.
As a trusted advisor to the business about remuneration and people analytics, the role works closely with a range of stakeholders across the group to understand their needs and develop solutions. This includes conducting analyses, interpreting results, developing insights and making recommendations that support the development and maintenance of our compensation and benefit programmes.
Key areas of focus include reporting and analytics, compensation plan management (including job evaluation) and high-level benefit administration.
**About you**
- You’ll have at 3 years’ remuneration experience, have a genuine passion for reward, numbers and analytics, with strong reporting skills. Key to your success in this role is your analytical ability - being able to work with large datasets, extracting key information to provide meaningful insights, and developing data-driven recommendations based on your findings.You have an eye for detail, the ability to plan and work towards project timelines and excellent Excel and communication skills. The role requires a self-starter who can work autonomously, understand priorities, and manage conflicting ones appropriately. An understanding of the Hay grading system is advantageous, as is experience using Workday and PowerBI, although these are not mandatory requirements.**Next steps
