We have a great opportunity for a highly skilled individual to join the team as** Data and Insights Analyst**. This is a permanent role and is based in our Auckland CBD office with the flexibility to work from home.

In this role, you will partner with leaders of key Customer Experience and Sales strategic initiatives and drive critical business decisions by providing reporting & analysis that enables an enhanced customer experience and business operations. You will deliver ongoing insights through the analysis of data and seeking best practices to recommend service experiences aligned with LNZ’s business goals.

A core part of this role will be to collaborate with the Data & Reporting Centre of Excellence and Lion’s community of analytical practice to step-change service performance. You will play a critical role in supporting data governance initiatives to ensure that Lion NZ has high quality and trusted data. Key to success in this role will be your ability to drive critical business decisions through our reporting tools and create great customer experiences through the delivery of efficient, quality reports and insights.

Advanced Excel & Power BI (or a similar advanced analytical tool) skills are critical, and you will be strong at analysis and generating insights, with an ability to build solid relationships to effectively partner with the wider Sales team. You will have experience modelling data.
