**The opportunity**:
The role of Data & Insights Analyst exists to interrogate and interpret business data to identify and deliver high value insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to capture reporting requirements and how these are best delivered. You will assist with day-to-day data and reporting queries and champion the use of data and reporting to enable agile, data-driven decision making.

**The role**:

- Drive engagement with and improvements to our existing suite of dashboards.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the group to identify opportunities for leveraging company data, ensuring insights delivered are clear and meet business requirements.
- Perform robust analysis using operational data to deliver key insights to the business that is accurate and timely.
- Identify and develop analysis project ideas to contribute to the insights roadmap for each business function.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization across operational reporting and insight delivery.
- Contribute to overall group culture and engagement outcomes by demonstrating commitment to company values and purpose.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- A Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, or information systems.
- Ability to understand the business context of requests and translate them into data and reporting requirements.
- Strong technical capabilities, including proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Exposure to one or more BI or data visualization platforms.
- A keen eye for spotting both trends and anomalies in datasets.
- Strong problem identification, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for a non-technical audience.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
- A great attitude and a team player who loves to work in a dynamic environment.
