This role sits within the Platform & Operations Team and reports to the Head of Platform & Operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that current and future network capacity management requirements are met, lifecycle activities are planned, and the platform is highly resilient, scalable, secure and flexible.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**
- Relevant degree or equivalent work experience in computer engineering, computer science or Business Systems
- Membership of relevant information management professional institute or body
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Agile approaches to Product Management
- 3+ Years of managing technical teams
- 10+ Years of comprehensive and deep experience in IT Networking & Telecom designing and managing complex enterprise environments
- Experience in a NOC, Tech Operations, or Tier 2/Tier 3 Technical Support role
- An excellent understanding of IP networking and network operations in a LAN / WAN environment
- Experience in capacity management and reporting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Moderate level of technical understanding related to telecommunications technologies
- Confident in planning and scheduling Lifecycle activies

- A natural at building relationships with suppliers, leading negotiations, assessing, and managing escalations

- Strong ownership and accountability and self-driven
- Strong planning, prioritizing and analytical skills with high degree of accuracy
