The role:
We are seeking a number of Product Owners to join an enterprise scale programme, working to deliver a highly impactful Agile solution. You will be joining a newly created team tasked with one of NZ’s most significant transformations, this is a complex and very rewarding piece of work. We have opportunities at number of levels so whether you are early in our journey or a vastly experienced operator we are keen to hear from you.

About you:
You will be an experienced voice of the client and a trusted advisor and be able to develop robust business stories and provide direction through to the project teams to enable them to deliver high quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

- Developing product strategies and roadmaps
- Serve as the voice of the stakeholders across teams
- Elicit and capture requirements and collaborate to design relevant processes
- Work with the project team to plan and implement sprints
- Become a trusted voice for your stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the programme

You will have:

- proven experience functioning as a Product Owner, preferably in a large and complex environment
- Experience with the product development and SDLC especially in a change environment
- Experience dealing with legacy system migrations
- Ideally some knowledge of billing systems
- A excellent understanding of agile methodologies and implementation within cross
- functional teams.
- A demonstrable track record of collaboration and facilitation
- A proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels and build high quality stakeholder relationships
