About you: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic Unleashed team. You’ll have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable product requirements. As a Product Owner, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business goals and user needs. You’ll have a natural growth mindset and drive to achieve great outcomes for Unleashed customers and the Access business. Day-to-day, you will: - Create, maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent and understood as requirements and opportunities change. - Participate/lead in sprint planning, grooming and all ceremonies through the sprint period - track and report on product performance using key metrics. - Collaborate closely with development teams during sprints, to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery of features. - Conduct customer/market research, analyse data and monitor industry trends to inform product decisions and identify opportunities. Your skills and experiences might also include: - Proficiency in product lifecycle management, from ideation to end-of-life, with 3 to 4 years proven experience working product development processes and frameworks, ideally in a SaaS software environment. - An analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving skills to effectively manage and align diverse stakeholders and strong experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. - Proven leadership skills and experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, guiding cross-functional teams to successful product deliveries - can demonstrate leading diverse teams to achieve common goals. - Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Product Board - any relevant Product certification would be a plus.
