We are offering an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated and experienced Aftermarket & Sales Support Manager to join our New Zealand team based in Silverdale, Auckland.

The role has the responsibility to identify and develop opportunities by offering solutions utilising Gardner Denver’ Product Range and Service capability. The role will also assume responsibility for accelerating key aftermarket opportunities whilst maintaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction. The role has the authority to have direct contact with the customer during the sales process.

You will also be responsible for the:

- Management of the workshop including human resource (internal & subcontract) and work throughput.
- Quotation of aftermarket spares, workshop overhauls and service work.
- Determines the market possibilities for new aftermarket products, developing these and extending the market for established products.
- Establish Voice of Customer orientated surveys to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and evaluate Aftermarket opportunities and undertake to scope customer requirements for Industrial Sales.
- Ensure effective account management of the customers’ business & proactive targeting for additional service work.
- Produce progress reports to management when required.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
