**Assistant Manager** **Silverdale**: **Type** Full time **Description** North Beach have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our epic team in Silverdale. The successful applicant will have exceptional communication, strong leadership skills and proven experience in retail management. You’ll need to be mature, confident, results driven and dynamic; ready to get stuck in whilst providing day to day support for the Store Manager. What you’ll be doing: Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, coming up with initiatives to improve performance - Building relationships with our "local" customers To succeed in the role, you’ll need: - 2+ years Retail Management experience - Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport with a diverse range of staff - A mature approach to work and performance - Forward thinking, dynamic attitude - able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results - Friendly, approachable personality - Interested in our brands wouldn't go a miss either We’re looking for a legend, and for the right person we’ll be offering: - Training and development opportunities - Career progression for the right person - Fun, lively, awesome work environment with a friendly team - Plenty of perks like staff incentives, brand giveaways etc. This is a fast paced, busy role working Sunday to Thursday, approximately 43.5 hours per week including one late night.
