We are now looking for an Inside Sales & Contracts Administrator to join our energetic and proactive team in Auckland to provide timely and responsive customer service, always with the goal of selling Rotork products.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Work with the sales team to gather information required for a contract
- Be a principle point of contact with customers for all queries relating to sales orders
- Register and process customer orders into sales orders
- Organise the provision of diagrams, drawings and plans as required
- Communicate with factory points of contact on orders, ETAs and any delivery issues
- Previous experience with a similar product range or good technical or mechanical/electrical engineering knowledge
- Knowledge of C.A.D or similar package
- Well developed self motivation, independence and resilience
- Well developed numeracy and mathematical competency
