We are seeking an innovative Senior Advisor to join our team where you will take a holistic approach to influence and to provide governance advice and support to our MBIE’s senior leaders and governance committees. This is a role in which you will be able to use your previous experiences, accomplishments, and learning, as well as your strong business acumen, to develop pragmatic tools and ensure the delivery of robust advice and guidance to support the senior leaders, governance committee, and the wider INZ.

You’ll be joining an innovative and collegial team in a rapidly changing environment. You will be working in partnership with and supporting the Head of Governance where you will be contributing to initiatives that support both strategic direction and demands along with providing quality and consistent advice to land pragmatic and tangible solutions.

Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish a positive and a consultative working relationship with stakeholders will be one of the key successes for this role
