Calling all HR graduates, HR Admins/Coordinators, or individuals that have recruitment experience wanting to transition into HR.

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to work within an amazing cutting-edge organization in Mt Albert. Working for a company which is renowned for its belief in knowing its success depends on how they nurture individual talent and support their team.

**Duties may include but are not limited to**:

- Generation and variations of employment contracts and documentation
- Employee onboarding, inductions and off boarding
- Manage and respond to all queries to the HR inbox
- Updating the employee intranet with relevant information and initiatives
- Maintain and update all employee records
- Recruitment support to the Talent team
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects such as internal reward and recognition programmes

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent knowledge of systems and tools (Excel, MS word, collaboration tools), aligned to the collection and presentation of data
- A customer centric lens - you’ll delight in anticipating and meeting customer needs and be a superb relationship manager
- Previous experience in an HR role or understanding of NZ legislation is advantageous but not essential
