Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) is New Zealand's largest school with a roll of up to 24,000 ākonga (students) at any point of time. We provide personalised and authentic learning programmes through distance education from early childhood to NCEA Level 3, including to young adult and adult learners.

**Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this position**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised HR Project Administrator to support a key project requiring strong administrative, data management, and process-focused skills. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys routine tasks, accuracy, and following clear processes to deliver consistent, reliable outcomes.
This role will provide high-quality administrative and data entry support across the project, working closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to keep information, records, and processes running smoothly.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Accurately entering and maintaining HR data across multiple systems
- Preparing and managing project-related documentation
- Tracking progress against timelines and updating project records
- Supporting reporting by collating and checking data
- Liaising with HR team members and managers to ensure information is up to date
- Providing general administrative assistance to the HR Manager and project team
**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
HR experience is not required - we are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with data and processes. You will bring:
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Organisation and time management skills to handle routine tasks and meet deadlines
- Confidence with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive, can-do attitude
