**About the Role**:
Trade is a growing part of our business and we’re looking for someone with the passion to continue to ensure our store is the leading trade and home improvement destination/supplier for everyone from the home DIYer to the large construction company.

We are now seeking applicants for the challenging and demanding role of Trade Operations Manager - someone who has the ability to take on the responsibility for driving the profitability and operational performance of both the Building Products category and Trade Drive Thru Team.

You will be someone who can implement excellence in customer service, business development, systems integration, stock management, day to day logistics co-ordination, team leadership and exceptional operational standards.

Role is for 42.5 Hours (Monday - Friday)

**About You**:
This role would be an excellent opportunity for a results driven, self-motivated individual who can provide the highest level of customer service. Ideally this role is suited to someone with a sound working knowledge and experience in the building industry, as well as a desire to be the best in their field.
- Leadership, numerical, communication, planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Flexibility, initiative, attention to detail as well as a dynamic sales ability are other desirable skills we are seeking.
