**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Team Manager (Multi-Trades) plays a key leadership role in delivering integrated Hard FM services across Auckland Council’s local assets.
- With a focus on seamless service and a whole-of-asset approach, you’ll be managing and inspiring a team across multiple trades, including:

- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Other Building maintenance
- You’ll be responsible for people leadership, health and safety excellence, day to day operations, client relationship management, and helping grow the business through your expertise and initiative.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You’re an experienced FM professional with a solid understanding of trades delivery - ideally with a relevant trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- You’ve successfully managed diverse teams or complex asset portfolios and are known for being highly organized, methodical, and adept at planning work schedules.
- If you’ve worked as a Facilities Coordinator or Project Manager, understand building maintenance, and preventative servicing, and have experience with systems like SAP, we’d love to hear from you
