Trade Track Ltd is a reputable business with established clientele throughout greater Auckland. We strive to deliver a high standard of building and property maintenance services. Our ever-ready team aims to complete every task in an estimated timeframe without compromising on the quality of work.
Our Services include project management, property Maintenance, complete renovations, alterations, new kitchen & bathroom installations, flooring, and paint works. We also specialise in stucco cladding repair and paints. We assist property managers, investors, and landlords in regularly maintaining properties' lawns and outdoor areas. Our team comprises employees and contractors, project administrators, plumbers, electricians, builders and handypersons.
We are expanding and require energetic managers & administrators to manage operations. Our friendly team assists our tradespersons and contractors and performs general labour jobs.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and
effective management of all operational aspects of the business. You will play a key role in
ensuring that our maintenance services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest
standards of quality. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a diverse team,
coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and maintain excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance services.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve
efficiency and service quality.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project
completion.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues
promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure service delivery
aligns with client expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development
opportunities for team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for
improvement.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and supplier relationships to ensure operational
readiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred). Or
- Proven experience as a Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
