Our fast-paced Hamilton Foodservices site is currently seeking an experienced **Class 2 Delivery Driver and Dispatch Support** person to join the team immediately.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines delivery driving with dispatch coordination. You’ll be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of customer orders, planning efficient delivery runs, and supporting the dispatch process.

**About the Role**
- Immediate start, Perm full-time position
- **Location**: Mainstreet Place, Te Rapa, Hamilton
- **Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Hours**: 02:00 am - 10:00 am (finish times depend on the delivery run)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and dispatch delivery runs in coordination with warehouse and operations staff
- Safely operate Class 2 vehicles (manual transmission)
- Deliver a wide range of food products across the Waikato region
- Load and unload goods, ensuring items are secure and undamaged
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor and report vehicle condition (e.g., fuel, maintenance, oil, WOF)
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and relevant documentation
- Uphold company safety standards, especially regarding transport compliance
- Assist with general warehouse tasks and dispatch duties when needed
- Coordinate with Loaders and drivers for regional delivery schedules
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles

**What you need**:

- Valid **Class 2 NZ driver’s licence** (manual driving required)
- Prior experience in delivery driving and/or dispatch coordination
- Good knowledge of Hamilton and the wider Waikato area is a plus
- Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Physically fit - able to lift up to 25 kg
- Clear criminal and driving history
- Experience or knowledge of food products or ingredients preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transport to commute to site
