- Rabobank New Zealand Limited Board
- New Zealand regulators (RBNZ) and Government officials.
- Is the key point-of-contact for the Head of Sustainable Business Development W&R, the Rabo Carbon Bank in Utrecht, the Food System Transition Team & Group Sustainability

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Delivery of the New Zealand sustainability strategy, including new revenues generated from sustainable products and solutions
- Compliance with local and European regulation, including through the roll-out of global projects and initiatives in the region
- Quality of relations with the NZLT, ET and Senior Business Leaders in the region as well as with relevant teams in Head Office
- Visibility of Rabobank in the market on sustainability
- Demonstrating behaviour in line with the global values and standards
- Regulatory compliance and all required training completed
