**Your Role**:
We have an awesome permanent opportunity to join our friendly and supportive Payroll team We would prefer experienced payroll professionals looking for a senior payroll role, however we will also consider individuals with some payroll experience or strong experience in accounts payable and administration, who are eager to kickstart a career in payroll.
As a Payroll Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless and accurate processing of payroll for our dedicated team members, with responsibilities including:
- Timely and accurate payroll processing
- Proactive and friendly support for our employees
- Reconciliation, wage suspense accounts, payroll deductions, and accurate record keeping
- Insightful payroll reporting
**About you**
Whether you have payroll experience under your belt, or you're an ambitious, fast learner with solid skills in accounts payable and administration, we're looking for individuals who can demonstrate:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well to others
- Tech-savviness with strong computer literacy; familiarity with SAP is advantageous
- Confident communication skills, capable of simplifying complex situations so they are easily understood
- Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- High attention to detail with a methodical approach to your work
- Ability to remain unflappable under pressure and meet tight deadlines
